(COMBUSION WIRE TECHNIQUE & ELECTRIC ARC SYSTEM)
By harnessing cutting-edge technology from Oerlikon Metco, Praxair Thermal Spray, and Saint-Gobin, our facilities boast advanced Combustion and Twin Arc Coating Systems.
Thermal Spray Coating enables the application of high-performance metals such as tungsten carbides, alloys, ceramics, cermets, and chrome carbides onto more cost-effective and readily available base materials. Through various coating processes, superior component performance is achieved, enhancing wear resistance, heat tolerance, oxidization, and corrosion resistance.
Frequently employed in the refurbishment of damaged or worn parts, thermal spray coating presents a cost-efficient alternative to purchasing new components. Moreover, it serves as a viable solution for discontinued parts or to minimize downtime for items with extended lead times for remanufacturing.
Coating Type:
- Ferrous (SS420, SS316 etc.)
- Non-Ferrous (Tungsten Carbide, Zn, Al, etc.)
- Ceramic (Chrome Oxide, Aluminum Oxide etc.)

DRY ICE BLASTING
Dry ice blasting is a non-abrasive, nonflammable and nonconductive cleaning method. It is environmentally responsible and contains no secondary contaminants such as solvents or grit media. It is clean and approved for use in the food industry.
Dry ice blasting allows most items to be cleaned in place without time-consuming disassembly. Dry ice blasting can be used without damaging active electrical or mechanical parts or creating fire hazards
GRIT / SAND BLASTING
It is a surface treatment process, widely used in variety of different industries. Grit/ Sand blasting is the process by which an abrasive media is accelerated through a blasting nozzle by mean of compress air. The abrasive used varies based on surface treatment required. Common abrasives used include:
- Glass bead
- Sand
- Copper slug
- Aluminum oxide
- Crushed glass
- Silicon carbide
- Ceramic grit.
- Steel grit
We have a well-developed Fabrication Facility with a capability of designing and fabrication of High-pressure vessels, tanks and etc. on ASME, API and ASTM Standards.TMS has been designing and manufacturing pressure vessels for use throughout the energy industry for past many years.
Some of the projects/operations for which Aspire has fabricated or repaired pressure vessels would include:
Fabrication
- Oil/Water Inlet Separators
- Free Water Knock-Out Separators
- Various Process Vessels
- Process Filters
Repairs and Alterations
- Alterations for vessel re-purposing
- Nozzle replacements or additions
- Internal replacements
- Repairs due to corrosion or erosion
